Kiteloop privacy

Simply put: we only use your email to tell you about the product you signed up for.

That's it. The rest of this page explains the details. Last updated October 6, 2026.

The short version

What we collect, and why

Your email and the page you signed up on, so we can tell you when that product opens.

How you found us (for example "from a Facebook ad"), so we know which ads are worth paying for.

Simple visit counts (page, country, device, time on page), so we know whether a page is clear. We don't store your IP address or use cookies for this, and the counts are deleted after 90 days.

Deleting your data

Reply "delete" to any email from us, or write to contact@kiteloop.ai. We delete your email and signup within 30 days and confirm when it is done. You can also ask us what we hold about you.

The details

Ads and the Meta pixel

In short: it tells us which ad led to a signup.

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. Our pages may use the Meta pixel, which lets Meta tell us that a signup came after an ad click. Meta handles that data under its own privacy policy. Our own advertising software only manages Kiteloop's ads and does not collect anything about Facebook or Instagram users.

Services we use

In short: two, both only to run the pages.

Cloudflare hosts our pages and stores signups and visit counts. Telegram sends our team a message when someone signs up. Nobody else receives your email.

How long we keep things

In short: emails until you leave or early access ends; visit counts for 90 days.

Signup emails are kept until you ask us to delete them or the early access ends, whichever comes first. Visit statistics are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Who we are

Kiteloop is a small independent software studio. It runs the early-access pages for its products, such as Reclaimr, Chargeproof and Claimback. Questions about your data? Write to contact@kiteloop.ai. A real person answers.
